PAPER ON NOISE LESS MOBILE COMUNICATION

Conventional Microphones used in the speech accessories of mobile phones are transducers, which convert speech (sound vibrations) in to electrical signal. In addition, they also convert external noise and disturbances along with the normal speech, because of which the person at the receiving end cannot hear the exact voice clearly. This becomes a serious problem when conversing during traffic jams, riding on a bike or car.
This innovative idea deals with a noise elimination technique which facilitates noiseless conversation and the person can speak normally even in a heavy disturbing environment.

This technique uses a Laryngophone (a transducer) instead of conventional microphone in the speech accessory of cell phone. Laryngophone is a type of microphone that picks up sound directly through sensors in contact with the neck, which facilitates direct communication. It is able to pick up speech in loud environments where other types of microphones would not function well because the speech would be drowned by back ground noise.
